Job Title: Consultant Psychiatrist – CAMHS Inpatient (Private) – Cheshire Salary: £140,000 – £160,000 per annum Contract Type: Full-time / Permanent Job Overview: We are seeking a Consultant Psychiatrist to join a private inpatient CAMHS unit, providing specialist care for young people with severe mental health disorders. The service offers 24/7 psychiatric support for children and adolescents requiring intensive treatment. Key Responsibilities: Conduct psychiatric evaluations and diagnostic assessments for young patients. Oversee CBT, DBT, and family therapy interventions. Work alongside educational psychologists and social workers to support holistic recovery. Lead on safeguarding and child protection cases, ensuring compliance with CQC and Ofsted regulations. Requirements: GMC registration with a CCT in Child & Adolescent Psychiatry.
