TP Tutors is looking for compassionate and dedicated Behaviour Management Tutors to provide vital support to pupils across Nottinghamshire. This role involves working with students who may display challenging behaviour, helping them develop self-regulation skills and achieve their educational goals. Key Responsibilities: Deliver personalised sessions designed to address behavioural challenges and support learning. Build positive relationships with students to foster trust and engagement. Develop strategies to help students manage their behaviour and improve focus in their education. Provide feedback on student progress and strategies via our LEAP learning platform.
