This fantastic opportunity will provide direct support to a portfolio of Children’s Childcare and Education settings. You will be working collaboratively with settings and a team that work across the whole of England. Excellent interpersonal skills, adaptability and a pro-active approach are a must for this role. Responsibilities: To implement the Alliance’s marketing strategy for our early years settings and achieve occupancy targets To ensure that the marketing strategy is understood by Early Years Managers, and they are supported to implement the strategy locally. To coordinate marketing activities that increase awareness of the Alliance’s early years offer. To increase quality of and visitors to the early year’s Alliance website and other platforms. Ensure that social media accounts are active and relevant and high quality To support with the advertising and promotion of vacancies for Alliance Early Years settings. To be responsible for the centralised enquiry system and that the system results in higher conversion rates and increase in occupancy in the Alliance Settings About you: You will demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to be a team player but can work using own initiative. Able to manage workload effectively and prioritise tasks while being passionate about delivering to a high standard. A willingness to challenge and learn and manage a varied workload, conflicting deadlines and multiple projects simultaneously. Essential skills and qualities: Proven experience of supporting and implementing successful marketing strategies or campaigns. Strong communications experience, including using digital media. A recognised marketing qualification. Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communications skills. Ability to work within set budgets. Knowledge of how to prioritise the work that will deliver the most effective returns. Understanding and commitment to safeguarding children and vulnerable adults. Understanding of and commitment to diversity and equality. Able to travel across the country and attend occasional evening and weekend meetings.
