If so, we are looking for a passionate, professional, and dedicated 1:1 SEND (Special Educational Needs and Disabilities) Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join our team. You will have: a full and relevant Level 2 or 3 Childcare Qualification (desirable) experience of working with children including children with additional needs knowledge and experience of the Early Years Foundation Stage Framework. You will need to: be kind, caring and supportive have experience of working with children with additional needs or the ability and willingness to learn quickly be flexible, calm and enjoy working as part of a small team, have plenty of initiative to support a child’s learning needs and can work independently have the interpersonal skills to develop positive and supportive relationships with children, staff and parents.
