Working in partnership with this market-leading business, we are looking for a self-motivated Account Manager to join their well-established team in Chippenham. In this exciting role, you will ensure the smooth delivery of campaigns, acting as a primary contact for specific accounts.
Duties:
Oversee the timely and successful execution of campaigns, meeting both client and internal expectations
Work closely with colleagues to deliver exceptional service to clients
Foster strong client relationships through proactive and exemplary service standards.
Efficiently address client queries and concerns, both internal and external.
Develop briefs, manage timelines, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery.
Manage client data, including stock levels, raffle draws, and Royal Mail Freepost information.Person Specification:
Previous customer service/account management experience is essential
Highly organised, detail-oriented, and possesses excellent communication skills
Builds strong working relationships and works effectively as part of a team
IT literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteHours of work will be Monday to Friday 37.5 hours per week and hybrid working is available (3 days in the office and 2 days at home)
Due to the location of the business, having your own transport would be beneficial.
