Our client is a creative agency seeking an experienced and passionate UX / UI Creative to join their studio team. They work with multiple clients across the world in the entertainment and mainly gaming industry. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the creative strategy and execution across a diverse range of digital projects. These will include defining user experiences, designing interfaces, and developing front-end web designs. You will creatively develop concepts based on both client and internal feedback, collaborating closely with strategists and web developers to bring your vision to life. Projects will vary from website design to social campaign asset toolkits, as well as dashboards and interface design.
The ideal candidate will have a strong desire to learn, problem-solve, and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Reporting to the Digital Director, you will oversee the delivery of high-quality creative work that meets or exceeds client objectives. You will need to possess a deep understanding of your area of expertise and be able to thrive in a challenging and dynamic studio environment.
The studio team primarily uses Figma, so prior experience working within Figma to design interfaces, create components, and build prototypes is essential. You should also have a solid understanding of web design best practices, including component-first design, grid systems, and responsive design, to ensure seamless collaboration with the client’s web development team in delivering outstanding products.

Responsibilities
On a daily basis, you will be responsible for:
* Delivering high-quality digital projects on time, within budget, and in line with the brief.
* Influencing and interpreting the product vision, both independently and collaboratively.
* Executing creative solutions for digital projects across desktop and mobile platforms in alignment with the agency's strategy.
* Collaborating with the client’s development team to ensure the technical feasibility of your UX and UI designs.
* Supporting project teams using a variety of design techniques, from workshopping and concepting to prototyping, to communicate and validate design solutions.
* Assisting Digital Producers with scoping creative projects, including providing time estimates to inform project budgets.
* Working collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams on both client projects and internal agency work.
* Communicating effectively with the team throughout the project lifecycle.
* Participating in client meetings as needed.
* Contributing creative insights or outputs for new business pitches and proposals.
* Staying up-to-date with industry trends and creative standards, proactively suggesting improvements to enhance the agency's offering.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have a genuine passion for creative work and digital technology, as well as a keen interest in the entertainment industry, particularly video game culture.
Essential skills and experience:
* A minimum of 5 years’ experience in the industry.
* A portfolio showcasing high-quality, full-lifecycle design across web, desktop, and mobile platforms.
* Expertise in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
* A strong understanding of UX principles and user flows for digital products.
* Experience with web design best practices such as grid systems, component-first design, and responsive web design.
* Ability to demonstrate strategic thinking on projects.
* Proven ability to work autonomously and take ownership of projects from start to finish with minimal supervision.
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to confidently articulate ideas and rationale to stakeholders.
Desirable skills:
* Experience with project management tools (Jira is preferred).
* Motion graphics experience using After Effects.
* Experience working with 3D creative outputs.
* Branding experience, including logo design, identity creation, or key art development.
