Assisting in developing the operational change roadmap to ensure that change affecting our operational teams is planned effectively, and that all key milestones, contention, dependencies and risks are identified and documented. Leading and coaching direct reports to source data inputs required across a range of areas including change impact assessments, benefits tracking and produce governance reports. Working with the key stakeholders to identify and plan necessary resource involvement to successfully deliver change projects, whilst also documenting and reporting potential risks and issues. Managing necessary frameworks, processes and documentation to exceed minimum requirements and to protect and report on Service Levels across operations. What we are looking for Experience: Proven track record of managing projects / programmes. Experience of management and motivation of a team Knowledge of FCA regulations Skills: Strong interpersonal skills and able to build and maintain relationships. Solid understanding of change and governance processes. A fast learner who is adept at problem solving and conflict resolution Ability to negotiate and influence people to deliver without direct authority. Resilient and work well with changing priorities.
