Customer Team Leader required in Northampton
Up to £30,000 + £4,000 OTE
Five days per week with rota
Our client, an industry leader in the Automotive sector, is seeking a personable Customer Advisor professional to join this expanding department today.
As a Team Leader, you will be instrumental in supporting the Manager, alongside motivating the team to continue delivering the best service in the industry. Part of a wider network, you will become instrumental in proving both new and returning customers in their purchases for this fantastic manufacturer.
Key Responsibilities/Skills:
1. To deliver an exciting and exceptional customer sales experience throughout.
2. To develop your skills and product knowledge through active engagement with training, and to build real empathy with the product.
3. Assisting the team in answering incoming calls and responding to digital leads, encouraging improvement and reporting any concerns to the Manager.
4. To identify buying signals, and to offer and make appointments for the Sales team to follow up.

You must possess a strong background within Customer Service and/or Sales - should this experience be within the Automotive sector, this would be beneficial but not essential.
