Key Responsibilities: In this role, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality diagnostic services. You will oversee and perform complex laboratory tests, ensuring the accuracy and reliability of results. Your expertise will be essential in troubleshooting, problem-solving, and implementing new techniques or procedures. Qualifications and Experience: • HCPC registration. • Relevant degree in Biomedical Science. • Previous experience in a senior or supervisory role within a laboratory setting • Extensive experience with laboratory equipment, techniques, and troubleshooting • Proven ability to lead, train, and mentor junior staff. • Strong communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively with clinical and medical staff. • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively under pressure. • Flexible and adaptable approach to work with a commitment to continuous professional development.
