Key Responsibilities Support and maintain the Power BI reporting suite, including manual updates. Troubleshoot faults, investigate data issues, and escalate them as required. Assist in the simplification process, including performance analysis and documentation. Develop new reports and dashboards, using SQL to extract data from the warehouse (with guidance). Collect and clean data from various internal and external sources. Conduct exploratory data analysis to uncover patterns and anomalies. Create compelling visualisations and reports to present data-driven insights to non-technical stakeholders. Provide support and advice to Power BI users, challenging requirements where necessary. Deputise for the Power BI Developer when needed. What We’re Looking For Essential Qualifications & Experience: A bachelor’s degree in computing, mathematics, statistics, or another numerate discipline, OR relevant work experience with A-levels or a BTEC in a related field. Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. A willingness to learn, adapt, and embrace new challenges. Desirable Skills & Experience: Basic knowledge of Microsoft Power BI or other data visualization tools. SQL skills for querying databases.
