About the Commercial Mortgage Case Manager Role As a Commercial Mortgage Case Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in managing and processing bridging finance and Commercial Mortgage applications from start to finish. You will act as a key liaison between clients, brokers, solicitors, and internal teams, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for all parties. Commercial Mortgage Case Manager Key Responsibilities Managing the full lifecycle of Bridging finance and Commercial Mortgage cases, from initial application to completion. Liaising with brokers, solicitors, and clients to ensure all necessary documentation is provided and compliant. Conducting thorough checks on applications to ensure accuracy and adherence to lending criteria. Coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth processing of applications. Proactively managing a pipeline of cases, ensuring deadlines and service-level agreements are met. Delivering outstanding customer service, always maintaining professionalism and responsiveness. The Commercial Mortgage Case Manager Package Competitive salary: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum. Hybrid working model: 3 days in the office and 2 days from home.
