The post holder will work as part of a team in delivering an efficient and effective Business Management Support service. Key Responsibilities will include: Be the key point of contact for enquiries and advice for the team. Providing diary support for the Senior Management Team where needed, including arranging, and changing appointments, prioritising these as appropriate. Provide support to programme and senior team meetings including calendar bookings, booking rooms, arranging guest speakers, and ensuring papers are ready and distributed ahead of meetings. Undertake the organisation and planning of events as directed. Organise travel arrangements for the wider team, booking rail and accommodation in accordance with policy.
