Are you an experienced Education Recruitment Leader ready to take the next step? Tradewind Recruitment is looking for a Branch Manager to lead our Nottingham office, overseeing a team of six recruiters and driving growth in one of our key regions.
The Role
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of six education recruiters
Drive sales, strategy, and business growth across the Nottingham area
Build and maintain strong relationships with schools and education professionals
Oversee performance, ensuring targets are exceeded and opportunities maximised
What We Offer
Salary: £50,000 - £100,000 (based on experience & performance)
