The Role
As the Assistant Manager, you'll work closely with the General Manager, supporting the day-to-day operations and helping maintain a high standard of service.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the General Manager with daily operational tasks
Verify and manage employee schedules for efficient service
Foster close communication with customers and staff to drive the business forward
Maintain daily service reports to track performance and service quality
Assist with staff issues, ensuring a positive team environment
Collaborate with the General Manager to uphold and promote the company's values
Contribute to staff training and development
Participate in barista and Food & Hygiene training to maintain service quality
