We are seeking a detail-oriented and driven individual to take on the role of Project Administrator, focusing on pre-mobilisation, project coordination, and project delivery within the Construction/M&E Industry.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Day to day varied administrative support to the busy Projects Team
2. Attend and minute meetings and team discussions
3. Create and maintain client documents
4. Create, populate and maintain detailed spreadsheets and tracking documents
5. Maintain job folders and offer support in corrections
6. Management of resource & labour allocation of engineers
7. Risk Assessments and Method Statements
8. Produce CPP and collate O&M manuals
9. Submit and monitor applications for required utilities
10. New Software trial when required
11. Maintain the document register
12. Manage training for all staff
13. Working with all Project Managers to aid project completion
14. Track Engineers login times on site
Skills Required:
1. Knowledge of M&E environment would be an advantage
2. Excellent Computer knowledge, mainly Excel/Word/PowerPoint
3. Excellent Communication
