The Role of a Class 2 Driver
You will work as part of the delivery and collection service, demonstrating exceptional customer service in all aspects of the working day.
What does the Class 2 Driver involve?
1. You will provide outstanding customer service, ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to service and quality.
2. Using Satalia which helps map out the most efficient routes to ensure timely deliveries and you will log deliveries and collections, with company smartphone.
3. You will be expected to drive the company vehicle responsibly, adhering to all traffic laws, the Highway Code to maintain road safety and keeping your vehicle checks up to date.
4. You will assist loading and unloading your vehicle.
5. As a brand ambassador, you will uphold our values with professionalism and support with additional tasks that contribute to the success of the Central Hub.
What do you need to succeed as a Class 2 Driver?
1. A Category C (Class 2) licence.
2. A valid driver qualification card and digital tachograph card.
3. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to resolve complex customer inquiries.
4. Knowledge of safe loading as well as the transporting of hazardous goods.
5. Demonstrate compliance with manual handling regulations.
