What you will do in your working day
* Accompany potential buyers and tenants during property viewings
* Show clients around the property, highlighting key features
* Answer questions and provide detailed information about the property
* Communicate with clients to understand their needs and preferences
* Assist in creating and managing property listings
* Conduct research to stay informed about the real estate market
* Learn and assist in negotiating sales and rental agreements
* Support the administrative tasks in sales and lettings
* Build and maintain strong client relationships
The training you will be getting
* Customer Service Practitioner Level 2 Apprenticeship Standard
* The apprenticeship programme duration is 13 months
* Functional Skills in Maths and English and ICT (if required)
* You will be based in the employer’s office so you will gain 13 months of office-based training
What to expect at the end of your apprenticeship
* Upon successful completion of the apprenticeship, a full-time position will be available for the right candidate
