EVP NCE > Customer Project Execution > Logistics Excellence
Within Vestas Wind Systems, the NCE Construction department is responsible for executing construction projects in the Northern and Central Europe (NCE) region safely, within budget, on time, and to the required quality standards. The Installation & Commissioning (I&C) department within NCE Construction handles the pre-installation, installation, and commissioning of wind turbines both onshore and offshore in the region.
Under the I&C department, there is the Operational HSE, Logistic & Excellence department, which includes the Operational Logistics team. This team provides operational logistics support to the execution teams at various onshore and offshore construction sites in NCE. Support is provided from both the back office and on-site, covering warehousing, facilities, and SAP reporting. As the appointed leader of this team, you are also part of the Operational HSE, Logistic & Excellence management team, collaborating with your peers to support the future growth of NCE Construction.

Qualifications
* At least 3 years of experience in warehousing, operational logistics functions, or procurement in wind operations or similar fields.
* Experience working in an international corporation.
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent education.
* Knowledge of management principles and experience in people leadership.
* Experience in distance management, planning, and coordination.
* Fluent in English, both verbal and written.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office, with effective interpersonal skills and a development-oriented mindset.
