About the Role: We have a full-time vacancy within in our Depot network for an experienced Coordinator. We are looking for someone with accuracy, good administration and telephone skills, ability to use Microsoft packages and a desire to learn and be part of the team. You will be responsible for the efficient communication between operational and commercial teams to ensure all works on site are tracked correctly to allow for prompt closures and billing. You will be tasked with the collation of personnel-related paperwork such as inductions, training, leaver and joiner details, absence requests as well as carrying out a weekly analysis of wages, timesheets and whereabouts. Location: Stafford Hours: Monday to Friday – 37.5 hours per week Salary: £26,000 per annum Responsibilities – but not limited to: Liaising with our procurement team, transport team and training team Raising of purchase orders through our online portals Organisation of vehicle maintenance calendars Arranging and tracking works permits Supporting with risk assessments & method statements, Collation of personnel-related paperwork such as inductions, training, leaver and joiner details Logging absence requests Carrying out a weekly analysis of wages, timesheets and whereabouts Experience and qualifications require d for the role: The successful candidate must have experience of working in a busy office for a minimum of 12 months, excellent IT skills (Excel, Word) and the ability to learn new in-house IT systems. You will be responsible for the smooth running of all administrative procedures as well as implementing and identifying areas where improvements can be made.
