You will work in a supportive environment to assist the multidisciplinary clinical team in providing a patient focused service. Main duties of the job To be the first point of contact, support the administration and reception function for the CAMHS Eating Disorders Service for daily operational requirements, to meet service delivery requirements. Attend meetings where the information may be complex and sensitive,take and transcribe minutes. Distribute information prior to and after meetings in a timely fashion. Use a variety of software packages, including Microsoft Office 365/Word/Excel and knowledge of RiO would be an advantage. Input confidential correspondence, reports and other documentation within an agreed timescale using software packages, maintaining a high standard. Carry out a variety of admin tasks, be aware of deadlines, plan and prioritise own workload in accordance with service needs. Liaise and communicate effectively with service users, all levels of staff within the service and the wider Trust.
