Do you enjoy being creative and resilient and supporting people towards greater independence?
As a Mental Health Support Worker, you will provide flexible, responsive support to adults (18+) requiring long-term 24-hour mental health support. You’ll offer therapeutic, social, housing, and practical support that respects individuality and promotes self-determination. Expect a varied day, including 1-1 mental health support, independent living skills, cleaning, budgeting, cooking, social activities, and key working and co-working responsibilities while building life-changing relationships.
Who we’re looking for:
* Strong interpersonal skills, including listening and empathy, with the ability to work collaboratively with clients, carers, and service providers.
* Demonstrate a commitment to supporting clients to take an active role in shaping the services they receive.
* Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications and other information systems.
