Reporting to your Manager, you will be responsible for being the first point of contact for customers and drivers. This role requires a high level of flexibility and the ability to communicate both verbally and in writing. Duties include, but are not limited to:
1. Provide a high standard of customer service to all customers.
2. Respond appropriately to both customers and drivers.
3. Allocate jobs to drivers and plan to achieve the required response times.
4. Handle live customer complaints.
5. Maintain full awareness of real-time resource availability.
6. Price jobs for drivers and customers as per the pricing process.
7. Maximize opportunities to prevent occurrences of loss-making jobs.
What we need from you to be successful:
1. Strong work ethic with full attention to detail and accuracy.
2. Able to solve complaints and issues.
3. Able to work alone and unsupervised at times.
4. Experience within a high-pressure environment is advantageous.
5. Strong admin skills and willingness to be flexible.
