Job description Staffpower Group are delighted to be working with our client who are looking for motivated and results-driven Telephone Sales Representatives to join their growing sales team. The successful candidates will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective clients in a business to business setting to pitch their products and services whilst providing excellent customer support. Main Duties: Pitching and Sales Generation: Engage confidently with potential customers with compelling pitches about their products and services. Employ active listening to understand customer needs and tailor solutions accordingly. Generate qualified bookings for field-based account managers. Customer Engagement and Relationship Building: Establish and nurture rapport with prospects to provide exceptional sales service. Provide tailored quotations to meet the unique needs of each customer. Offer effective solutions to address customer pain points. Database Management: Accurately update customer and sales databases using our tracking system. ? About You: Previous sales experience and/or call centre experience in a B2B environment. Comfortable with making persuasive sales calls and closing deals. Self-confident, customer-focused, and results-oriented. Thrives in a dynamic and challenging environment. Excellent communication skills.
