You will be responsible for the administration and coordination of the end-to-end delivery programme to expand and optimise the Allpoints Fibre network. You will interact with the Network Delivery Lead(s) and a wide range of stakeholders at all levels by coordinating tasks, maintaining documentation and ensuring projects are completed on time, quality and within budget. You should have strong organisational skills.
We offer a hybrid working environment and can accommodate a 4 day working week or part-time hours (around 30hrs pw). We hope applicants will be open to spending 2 days a week in our Fareham office.
This role would suit someone who is looking for their first step on the career ladder or someone who may be returning to work after some time away.
What you will be doing:
Administration:
* Administrating orders for backhaul, POPs and other technical equipment required for the technical programmes.
* Logging new orders into the network delivery trackers and departmental project boards, enabling efficient tracking and document management.
* Maintaining network delivery trackers and periodically validating trackers to ensure they reflect the most up-to-date information.
* Maintaining departmental project boards, ensuring they are kept up to date at all times.
* Organising and filing emails in the network delivery inbox to designated folders, raising any concerns to the network delivery leads.
* Storing handover documents into SharePoint locations.
* Maintaining network database management systems.
Invoice Validation:
* Assisting with monthly vendor invoice validation and reconciliation, by cross-checking against circuit data across trackers and DBMS to ensure accuracy and resolve any discrepancies.
Network Audit and Consolidation:
* Tracking, auditing, and consolidating other networks to support network optimization and streamline network operations.
Vendors / Stakeholder Engagement:
* Attend weekly WIP calls, and support with meeting minutes and issues and actions log.
* Attend weekly stakeholder calls, and support with meeting minutes and actions and issues log.
Inventory Management:
* Maintain stock spreadsheets and work with the inventory team to ensure stock levels are maintained for timely order fulfilment.
* Assist in inventory audits.
* Maintain accurate records of delivery status.
* Coordinating purchase requisition and purchase order fulfilment.
About you:
You will be confident working independently and have a high attention to detail. You will use your strong analytical skills to maintain accurate records and offer a first-class service to all stakeholders. Ideally, you will have an advanced level understanding of Microsoft Excel.
