The UK Card Services Acquisition Strategy & Planning team is passionate about leveraging data to help peers and Senior Leaders understand our performance, allowing them to make data-driven decisions to maximize the reach and impact from our digital acquisition and marketing activities. The UK Marketing Planning Executive will be responsible for planning and budgeting marketing activities focused on driving continued growth in acquisition volume and improvements in investment efficiency. It is an ideal role for someone with a keen interest in marketing and a strong analytical background. How will you make an impact in this role? - Lead UK CS Acquisition planning and budgeting activities for both Consumer and Small Business portfolios (Prospect and Customer acquisition). - Monitor and report monthly results and key performance metrics. Actualise results and reforecast balance of the year quarterly. - Contribute to the UK CS Acquisition strategy by identifying and proposing new insights, monitoring trends, assuring investment efficiency and protecting ROI. - Maintain and implement a pipeline of ad-hoc analysis and map opportunities to implement new reports - Build relationship and collaborate with wider UK and ICS marketing and analytics teams, Finance, Risk, among others. Minimum Qualifications: - Advanced level Excel data analysis and visualization, ability to manipulate large datasets - Advanced Power Point skills, including creating charts and graphs - Highly numerical and financial/business acumen - Strong attention to detail and organisational skills required - Proficiency in analysing data and presenting valuable insights from large and complex datasets in a concise and compelling manner for diverse audiences (including senior leaders) - Clear and confident communication(written and verbal) - Highly motivated, resilient and proactive self-starter who can take initiative - Creative and innovative thinker, intellectually curious with the ability to challenge the status quo - Ability and experience working with a wide array of stakeholders and influencing them - Team-oriented with strong relationship management and interpersonal skills, confident in leading projects and excellent process management ability - Comfortable working with agility and at pace, finding a way around obstacles and challenges effectively and with a positive attitude Preferable skills: - Programming skills (SQL, HIVE, LUMI, Big Query) - Experience in data visualization tools such as Tableau/Power BI is a plus Qualifications We back our colleagues and their loved ones with benefits and programs that support their holistic well-being.
