We are currently looking for a BDM to join a specialist waste and environmental services organisation. Responsibilities Lead from the front to develop new and existing business opportunities Develop a network of suppliers & sub-contractors in niche waste markets gaining the business a service offering we can leverage for growth. Manage all aspects of the company’s interaction with their customer, ensuring exemplary levels of accuracy, compliance, customer service and commerciality (with a key focus on niche waste solutions) Increase both existing and new business sales Be the primary point of contact for nominated customer related enquiries Fulfil orders in a timely and efficient manner Field customer enquiries and resolve any customer complaints Streamline business operations in terms of the services supplied to the customer Prepare presentations, proposals, and sales contracts to be delivered to internal and external parties and stakeholders Champion and become involved in compliance & SHE initiatives Offer up alternative processes and technology to positively improve the company’s position in the waste brokering market Experience: Proven track record in a commercial environment Waste industry experience Proven track record in delivering large contracts in excess of £500k Driving license
