The Role Overview
As Chief Operating Officer (COO), you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future success of the business, providing leadership, management, and strategic oversight to enhance operational efficiency. You will be responsible for executing the firm’s strategic plans while fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
Key Responsibilities
* Optimize internal and external operational processes across all offices.
* Enhancing daily business and administrative functions to improve efficiency.

* Developing and implementing policies that drive operational excellence.

Skills, Experience & Personal Qualities
* Proven experience in a senior operational role, ideally as a COO or similar.
* Highly organised with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively.
* Excellent leadership, organisational, and strategic planning abilities.
* Proven experience in a senior management role, including change management.
* Self-motivated and solution-oriented, capable of driving change.
* Strong understanding of time-based service industries.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Resilient under pressure, maintaining professionalism and focus.
* Understanding of technological advancements in financial services, including IT and AI, and their potential business impact.
