HR Advisor – Part Time
Location: Stirling, FK7 7QQ.
Salary: Competitive salary to reflect skills and experience.
Contract: Part time, permanent. Hours are half of full time equivalent, which is 18.75 hours per week. There is a lot of flexibility as to days and starting and finishing times.

HR Advisor – About the role:
Superglass is a manufacturer of mineral glass wool thermal and acoustic insulation. We currently have an opportunity for a part-time HR Advisor to join our site based in the heart of Stirling.
This is a true generalist role with a strong focus on ER, recruitment, on-boarding and the well-being agenda. The role is to provide excellence in advising and coaching line managers on employee relations issues while upholding diligence to employment legislation and case law.
Accountabilities
• Ensures Health, Safety and Well-being of self and shows to commitment to ensuring that safety is our number one priority;
• Collaborating with other HR colleagues to provide a full cycle generalist service to the business;
• Maintain records and trackers on key activities;
• Advising on good practice and leading in employee relations and engagement;
• Coach and support line managers on people management issues;
• Managing ER case load, creating accurate notes and outcome letters;
• Contribute to modernisation of HR processes and alignment with global HR policy;
• Develop and deliver well-being agenda.
What we need from you
• You will need to have at least five years’ experience as an HR Advisor;
• CIPD qualification to at least level 5 preferred;
• Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages with Intermediate to Advanced level MS Excel and PowerPoint and open to learn more;
• Good working knowledge of UK Employment Law including GDPR;
• Experience of HRIS preferably SAP Success Factors;
• Attention to subtle detail and nuance;
• Ability to make evidence-based decisions
• Maintain confidentiality at all times.
