In this job role, you will play a crucial role in supporting students with diverse learning needs, ensuring that every student has the opportunity to achieve their full potential. Key Responsibilities: Provide one-on-one or small group support to students with special educational needs (SEN). Assist in the implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and support strategies. Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment. Monitor and track the progress of students, providing regular feedback to teachers and parents. Foster a positive and inclusive atmosphere within the classroom. Help with classroom management and behavior support. Support students in accessing the curriculum and adapting materials as necessary. Promote a safe and nurturing learning environment for all students.Requirements: Previous experience working with students with SEN is preferred but not essential. A genuine passion for supporting the educational and social development of young learners. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
