A client I'm working with based in Hertfordshire is recruiting for an interim basis for the initial course of 3 months.
Working pattern: HYBRID - 3 days in office
Rate: Negotiable
Skill set:
* Strong knowledge and experience in Council Tax administration.
* Previous experience administering the billing and collection of Council Tax.
* Experience granting discounts and exemptions.
* Carried out the early stages of recovery (desirable).
* Up to date knowledge of relevant legislation and procedures.
Day to day responsibilities:
* Handle enquiries regarding Council Tax and Council Tax Support.
* Administrate the billing and collection of Council Tax.
* Grant discounts and exemptions.
