Job Description - Procurement Officer

What you’ll achieve in the role:
The overall purpose of this role is to support the Procurement Manager with the procurement function at Raven, communicating effectively with internal stakeholders to gather, maintain and analyse accurate data and documentation, ensuring efficient supplier onboarding, and overseeing the automated contracts register.
Key responsibilities include:
* Ensuring accurate administration of all documentation for the Procurement Team.
* Day to day liaison with the Finance Team, third party suppliers and internal budget holders.
* Effective management of the automated contracts register (Nomio), including uploading signed contracts, managing renewals and assisting with reporting.
* Manage the new supplier process, escalating to the Procurement Manager where required.
What you’ll bring to Raven:
* Excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to engage effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
* Strong organisational skills with proven experience of producing work to a high level of accuracy within an administrative setting.
* IT Proficiency including MS Office (and ideally Docusign, In-Tend, Nomio, although not essential as training will be provided).
* Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team.
