Based Birmingham the collective brand bringing three companies together under a single overarching B2B brand.
They are looking for a Head of Growth Demand Generation who will be crucial in shaping and promoting the brand as we transition.

Each of the platforms within my client are autonomous, delivering mission-critical tech across the globe
Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will represent all facets of the business and collaborate closely with our parent company, Holiday Extras, and our in-house creative team.
In this role, you will define and develop clients voice' and aesthetic', driving global airport demand generation. Initially, you will bring together the platforms and create a cohesive B2B brand, then turn your attention to demand generation and campaign execution. Your expertise in B2B marketing for enterprise solutions will highlight our platforms' significant benefits; from capacity creation and yield optimisation to improved customer throughput.
The Role
By joining our team you'll:
Identify and communicate our market proposition, clearly defining key customer segments, their personas and value we can deliver
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve business objectives and drive growth
Deliver our rebrand: Ensure our messaging accurately reflects our business tone and appropriately represents all platforms
Create compelling B2B content across various mediums to engage and attract partners
Design and deliver content: Support sales teams with impactful presentations, talks, workshops, and exhibitions
Develop a deep understanding of all our platforms and effectively communicate the benefits to our customers
Manage social media channels such as LinkedIn, to grow engagement, and create positive impressions around our brands and technology
Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor strategies to inform marketing initiatives
Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and communications
Implement and manage demand generation campaigns to generate high-quality leads for the sales team
Develop and implement strategies to increase customer engagement and retention through targeted marketing efforts
What you can bring to our team:
Proven track record in B2B marketing, particularly within the enterprise solutions sector, focusing on rebranding, segmentation and demand generation
Previous development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies that align with business goals and drive growth
Experience producing engaging content across multiple formats and platforms
Strong leadership skills with experience in leading cross-functional teams, managing marketing initiatives and mentoring junior team members
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex ideas and build relationships with stakeholders
Ability to succeed in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Familiarity with marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and social media platforms to drive marketing initiatives
