About the role We are looking to recruit a highly resilient administrator to provide a wide range of administrative support to our busy Property Services Team. The ability to process a high volume of online paperwork and system data entry whilst maintaining a strong degree of accuracy is essential. This role will require you to process the completion of work orders, manage and respond to team mailbox emails, liaise with our outsourced stores provider to aid successful organisation of materials and work closely with a number of contractors we subcontract work to. You will also support the booking and allocating of repairs appointments and handle internal and external calls from colleagues and residents. To be successful you will be an assertive individual who works well in a team with excellent communication and call handling skills. You will have excellent attention to detail and be able to learn how to use our in-house IT systems effectively. It would be an advantage for you to have some building/construction knowledge, but this is not essential.
