We are seeking an Amazon Channel Account Manager to join one of the world’s leading global companies. This is a new role in the business focused on developing the best customer journey for their products and services. If you have experience in influencing account strategy within the UK and Europe and are data-driven, this could be the role for you. Responsibilities will include: Use data analysis, design sales and channel marketing strategy guides to deliver revenue growth. Drive sales initiatives that will deliver the targeted revenue with online channel partners by influencing key account management teams. Understand and support the regional implementation of digital marketing playbooks from the digital commerce team Identify online channels, including other industries, to initiate sales & marketing innovative activities that will increase competitiveness Identify operational difficulties and support the definition of standard operating processes which will drive measurable improvements Monitor competition performance, strategy, and sales tactics in the region and define sales and marketing counter plans with local sales and channel marketing account teams. Skills required for this role: Sales and marketing experience in digital sales with multiple channels Data analysis and insights experience Experience in designing channel strategies at regional level Expert knowledge of digital marketing tools Able to lead projects with cross-functional teams and deliver results Strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills Strong experience in strategy development and planning Excellent strategic, analytical and commercial competence Collaborative Influential Strong customer-led background Experience in navigating large complex organisations The role is based in the London area and is a hybrid role allowing you to work two days in the office, one day on agency site and the rest working from home.
