The Role: What you will do?
We have an exciting opportunity for five physiotherapists in the Southampton area.
You will be responsible for carrying out high quality MSK physiotherapy assessment and interventions. Committing to delivering effective, evidence based and patient centred assessments and treatments sessions, with a focus on providing high levels of customer service.
Main Responsibilities
* Manage a highly varied clinical caseload and meet service level expectation for a broad range of referrers.
* Commit to delivering effective, evidence based and patient centred assessments and treatments. With a focus on providing high levels of customer service.
* Use outcome measures to demonstrate treatment effect
* Provide evidence-based treatment and management of patients to achieve rapid return to function.

Your Skills and Background:
Essential
* Degree in Physiotherapy.
* Registration with all relevant statutory bodies including the Health and Professionals Council and the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy.
* Previous experience in managing a varied caseload of clients (2 years minimum).
* Previous experience in the delivery of group supervisions and ISTs.
* Working knowledge of physiotherapy assessment and management
* An awareness of and commitment to supporting and facilitating diversity and inclusion.
* Demonstration of ongoing clinical development (CPD)
* IT literate - intermediate level.
Desired
* Experience working within the private physiotherapy sector
* Experience in an Advanced Practice Physiotherapist position
* Acupuncture or dry needling
* Shockwave therapy
* Further post graduate degree
* Qualifications in Injection Therapy or Ultrasonography
