About this role As an Inside Sales Manager, you will drive your team’s success and manage core performance metrics. You will lead a team of telephone-based Sales Representatives who make initial contact with new restaurant and grocery partners, introducing them to our services and facilitating their sign-up to the Just Eat platform via phone and email. By utilising data, insights, and exceptional people management skills, you will also empower your team to achieve our ambitious business goals. These are some of the key ingredients to the role: Coaching & people management. You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of a dynamic sales team. Their aim is to improve consumer choice by adding new restaurant and grocery partners onto the platform - setting them up for success. Through one-to-one coaching and performance management, you will ensure the team maximises their own potential, drives national growth, and delivers exceptional results for Just Eat UK-wide. Customer focus intensity. You will ensure your team completes all B2B activity, including acquisition and conversion of online restaurants and grocery partners, in an effective and efficient timeline - using various digital channels. Delivery of key business initiatives. At Just Eat we’re always moving forwards, pushing the boundaries as to what’s possible in our mission to create the world’s greatest food community. You’ll be at the heart of one of the most exciting functions at Just Eat, working alongside your team to drive order growth and bring new dining and grocery opportunities to our consumers. Key role in shaping your strategy. As a member of the Sales management team, you’ll be part of our strategic brains trust, working alongside key business stakeholders to help set short-, medium-, and long-term UK growth initiatives. Key Account Networking. As the Sales leader you’ll develop commercial relationships with key owners and influencers across the local Just Eat network, helping you build local industry awareness and supporting you in spreading key Just Eat messages. Cross-functional collaboration to launch tactical and strategic campaigns. What will you bring to the table?
