Steadplan Ltd is a group of MAN Dealerships running through the corridor of the M62 motorway network and dominating the North-West.
We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Contracts & Warranty Administrator/Claimer to join our Team at Leeds. Previous experience in this role is essential.
The Role:
* Claiming and invoicing of all warranty and R & M repairs carried out in our workshops according to the manufacturer guidelines.
* Submission of any required documentation to the manufacturer as requested.
* Action warranty and R & M referrals in a timely manner to ensure that the claim is not rejected.
* Ensure that all warranty and R & M parts are available for inspection at the request of the manufacturer.
* Constantly monitor work in progress to ensure that it is kept to a minimum level.
* Occasionally providing assistance and support to the Retail administrator.
* Effectively communicate with technicians to gain more information on repairs to maximise claimable time.
* Be proactive in maintaining the company’s policies including but not limited to Health and Safety, tidiness, and Compliance.
* Carry out ad-hoc duties as and when required.
* Overtime may be required at busy periods to meet the growing needs of the business.
* Meet KPI’s set by both Steadplan Group LTD and the vehicle manufacturer.
Monday – Friday 08:00-17:00/08:30-17:30 with 30 mins for Lunch
