The ENGAGE Deployment Manager is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing and managing the deployment of the ENGAGE SaaS Platform to Clients, i.e. managing their access and use of the platform. The Deployment Manager will: Lead the delivery and progressive automation and optimisation of the Deployment Management functions and processes including: Deployment Configuration Deployment Onboarding Deployment Training & Certification Deployment Support Deployment Upgrades 2. Manage the Deployment Management Team made of 1 Deployment Analyst and 1 Platform & Deployment Specialist 3. Work with the Strategy Team on Modules and Features innovation projects The Deployment Manager ensures deployments meet the specific business requirements expected by the client working directly with other teams to achieve this (Product, Growth, Strategy) The role focuses on continuous optimisation of the Deployment Processes by implementing automation, defining standards, and improving efficiency, reliability, and scalability. Success in this role requires strong project management, leadership, and analytic skills, with a focus on process improvement. What success looks like? · You lead the Deployment Management Strategy in a professional and disciplined manner, following best practices in deployment onboarding, management, configuration, training and certification and support. · You manage and further develop Business Process Management (BPM) automation tools, keeping them updated and optimised to reflect process changes and business growth. · You own and manage the ENGAGE Academy, our online self-serve training and certification platform, ensuring training programs are up to date, relevant, and aligned with deployment rules and user roles. You continuously optimise the training content based on client feedback, usage data, and evolving business needs, while maintaining a seamless user experience for trainees. · You enforce protocols, restricting account access when clients fail to meet payment, training, or compliance requirements, ensuring proper resolution before reactivation. · You lead automation initiatives to streamline deployment processes, focusing on reliability, scalability, and delivering a superior experience for clients. · You are data-driven, analysing deployment metrics and client support tickets to make informed decisions that continuously improve the platform, processes and client satisfaction. · You provide up-to-date reporting and analysis on progress in all areas of the Deployment Implementation, to support the leadership team in strategic decision-making. · You collaborate with internal teams (Product, Strategy, Growth, Platform Specialists) to ensure configurations, training, and upgrades are aligned with customer needs and deployment rules. · You build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring they are supported throughout the deployment onboarding, configuration, training and support processes. · You proactively identify opportunities to enhance the Deployment Management framework, improving efficiency and scaling deployment processes as the business grows. · You foster a high-performance culture within the Deployment Management Team What is in it for you? Location: Remote. Other skills - Nice to Have · Familiarity with ticketing tools (Like Zendesk). · Familiarity with automation tools like BPM software, Power Automate, Jira, SQL · Familiarity with process improvement methodologies · Familiarity with self-service training platforms and learning management systems (LMS). · Experience in SaaS deployments, especially in customer engagement or platform-based solutions. · Knowledge of self-serve support models and tools. · Training program development or design experience. · Ability to work in fast-paced environments and manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Contracted Hours: 40 hours per week from 09:00 – 18:00 Monday to Friday, working in UK time 1 hour lunch break from 1pm to 2pm
