Property Officer
In this role you will be responsible for building and maintaining effective relationships to source properties, and procure long term contracts, utilising your strong communication skills. You will manage an assigned caseload and travel accordingly to secure the properties. You will also carry out procurement administration and meet the set targets required in line with the relevant legislation.
You will need to be living in the Reading area to apply.
Duties include

Develop and maintain partnerships with local authorities and other stakeholders ensuring compliance at every level.
