The purpose of the role is to ensure the organization has the right talent to meet its strategic goals by attracting top candidates, creating and executing an inspiring recruitment strategy in line with the company vision and objectives that supports both Commercial and Operations organizations in the UK. This will include promoting a culture of inclusive and ethical recruitment practices in line with the BRITA DEI strategy.

The main responsibilities for the role include:
* Developing the current recruitment and onboarding process to improve the effectiveness of recruitment programs, enhancing the company's employer brand by promoting its culture, values, and benefits to potential candidates.
* Partnering with the wider HR team and hiring managers, consulting on their talent requirements, and providing insight into the talent marketplace, which will include implementing employer branding initiatives, thus increasing the company's visibility and attractiveness in the job market.
* Managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, screening, assessment, and salary benchmarked employment offers.
* Tracking and reporting all recruitment within the business; measuring on KPIs and metrics to identify improvement within the function and key trends.
* Using various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals, to identify and attract high-quality candidates by creating engaging content and job adverts.
* Directing source candidates and creating a pipeline of hard-to-fill talent.
* Influencing and guiding hiring managers through our Talent Acquisition processes in line with current industry best practices.
* Supporting the people review/succession planning process to define talent pipeline needs.
To be successful in this role:
You will have prior Talent Management and in-house recruitment experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle across a variety of vacancies using various recruitment tools and platforms, implementation and alignment of recruitment strategies, talent pipelines, and recruitment forecasts.
You have excellent communication skills to manage partnerships with Managers at all levels to ensure the strategic business goals are met, as well as your adaptability and ability to deal with change to ensure smooth end-to-end processes across a diverse workload.
A CIPD qualification is desirable; however, it is not essential.
