Job summary IT Admin Co-ordinator An opportunity to help with the roll out to Windows 11 across the Trust. We need someone with good organisation and communication skills to liaise with laptop users and book an appointment at their local site to receive a laptop update, throughout the duration of the roll out project. Also to help contact sites, departments and wards to inform them ahead of time when the Device team will be onsite to updated their PCs, this will be planned by the Project Manager. This will be based in Bath NHS House, but could be completed remotely, working closely with the Project Manager, site IT Officers and Roll out team. Main duties of the job To be a member of IT Operations Team assist with the roll out of Windows 11 across the Trust by arranging laptop appointments for staff and liaising with sites prior to PC roll out. Technical Administration To organise appointments for laptop updates on a number of sites across the Trust and ensure that all required system administration activities are carried out in a structured and timely manner.
