Technical Analyst (NHS AfC: Band 7) - Digital and Data - NHS Northamptonshire Integrated Care Board

This is an exciting opportunity to join a great team, delivering digital solutions that improve communications between clinical teams and help improve health and care pathways.
The initial projects will focus around improved analytics to support population health and prevention, research and pathway redesign.
As a Technical Analyst you will:
* provide technical analytical support to digital projects
* be responsible for informing technical solution designs
* work collaboratively with partners to create business change processes across all care and corporate settings
* develop technical and analytical materials to support digital projects
* support identification and sharing of best practice
We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven technical analyst with strong experience of successful delivery of digital solutions.
NHS, local authority or other ICS experience would be beneficial but not essential.
You will demonstrate a strong focus on the delivery of outcomes and benefits rather than just technology.
The successful applicant will be part of a friendly and enthusiastic team supporting digital, data and technology services for the Northamptonshire Integration Care System.
The team works closely with many health and care providers across Northamptonshire to identify requirements and solutions that support new models of care and transformations to our services.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Supporting the delivery of day-to-day technical activities and projects
* Identifying and sharing best practices in employee engagement
* Ensuring a high standard of work supporting the technical delivery of projects on time, to quality standards and in a cost-effective manner
* Ensuring flexibility of the project to meet conflicting/changing requirements
* Demonstrating effective stakeholder management across different departments and at all levels
* Supporting other project managers as required
* Establishing and maintaining constructive relationships with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders
* Participating in relevant internal and external working groups/projects, services and initiatives to provide information and analytical advice and expertise
* Developing and implementing data collection systems that provide accurate and timely data for data-driven decision making
* Presenting project information, risks and issues including briefings and reports to a wide range of internal and external stakeholders
* Analyzing highly complex issues where material is conflicting and drawn from multiple sources
* Acting upon incomplete information, using experience to make inferences and decisions
* Being numerate and able to understand complex financial issues combined with deep analytical skills
* Providing improvements to current project information, analyzing, reporting and suggesting procedures to streamline processes
* Receiving, assessing and responding to user queries relating to digital projects, providing problem-solving support as required
* Planning and prioritizing own workload and adjusting tasks or activities as the situation changes
* Initiating and investigating project proposals to ensure they meet business needs and align with the overall CCGs strategy
* Analyzing requirements, developing option appraisals and project proposals for effective prioritization decisions by the CCGs
