Job Title: Supply Teacher Location: North West England, Cheshire, Macclesfield Job Type: Contract, expected to work Full-Time hours Primary Industry: Education and Training Salary: £650 - £700 Per week Job Duties: Deliver engaging and informative lessons to students across various subjects and age groups. Follow pre-planned lesson plans provided by the regular classroom teacher. Manage classroom behaviour and ensure a positive learning environment. Assess and record students' progress and development. Communicate effectively with school staff, parents, and students. Participate in school activities and events as required. Required Qualifications: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent. Proven experience in teaching or working with students in an educational setting. Strong knowledge of the national curriculum. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Education: Secondary PGCE Knowledge and Skills: Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of individual students. Good classroom management skills. Understanding of assessment and feedback techniques. Proficient in IT and classroom technology. Preferred Qualifications: Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE). Specialist subject knowledge or qualifications. Experience working as a supply teacher in a similar setting. Working Conditions: This role involves working in different schools on a temporary basis, adapting to different environments and student needs.
