Training Coordinator required by this professional services organisation to oversee the implementation and maintenance of their Learning Management System. It will play a pivotal role in the development of the training programmes for staff across the organisation.
Ideally you will come from a background where you can demonstrate the following experience -
1. Developed engaging and effective training content, tailored to specific needs via collaboration with different areas of the business
2. Deliver training sessions across a range of topics, including compliance, IT Systems use, inductions
3. Ensuring all training materials are up to date and accessible
4. Monitor and report on training activity within a LMS
5. Conduct regular assessments of training requirements across the business
6. Excellent LMS and E-learning tools
7. GDPR, AML and other regulatory topics will be beneficial
8. Any legal sector experience will also be beneficial
