Position Overview
The Scenic Supervisor is responsible for planning, designing, and implementing the scenic projects for our business. They liaise directly with customers/clients to understand the brief, whilst offering support and guidance based on their knowledge/skills. The Scenic Supervisor is responsible for ensuring compliance with all warehouse/scenery policies, maintaining daily workspace standards, and successful completion of all daily tasks. This position will supervise the outbound/inbound functions, support team member development, and ensure adequate staffing levels related to business needs. The Scenic Supervisor will report to the Warehouse Director.

2. Scenic Delivery
Drive Results by ensuring daily tasks are completed on time.
Design and create scenic items according to client specifications.
Ensure the relevant paperwork, i.e., delivery/collection notes, requests, etc., are processed accordingly.
Monitor inventory levels to maximise availability and utilisation for high-demand products.
Ensure high-accuracy physical inventory results and quality control and repair standards.
Maintain the scenic department in a neat and organised state.
Quote for jobs/events and ensure that purchase orders and invoices are raised accordingly.
Plan the booking for the onsite and workshop set builders.
3. Customer Service
Deliver World Class Service by working closely with internal customers to evaluate service levels and ensure all expectations are met.
Ensure the highest standards of service while maintaining operational efficiency and a cohesive relationship with other departments.
Liaise with the client where necessary to source all relevant scenic details (in particular, identifying exceptional requirements).
Attend meetings and site visits when required.
Job Qualifications
1. Sound knowledge of construction and good spatial awareness.
2. Profound knowledge of drawing programmes and planning tools (VectorWorks/CAD).
3. EasyJob6 knowledge is an advantage.
4. Previous supervisory/management experience is essential.
5. Strong problem-solving skills.
