DESCRIPTION
Project Kuiper is an initiative to launch a constellation of low Earth orbit satellites that will provide low-latency, high-speed broadband connectivity to customers and communities around the world. The Project Kuiper Marketing team is looking for a talented, results-oriented individual to lead media planning in Europe, with a strong background of media planning, budget management and campaign measurement. This role is responsible for planning, buying, measuring and optimising media investments across multiple channels and locales, in partnership with our media agency. The ideal candidate for this role is entrepreneurial and able to work effectively in a matrixed organization.

This role is located in our London, UK office.
Key job responsibilities
1. Lead the strategic planning, implementation and measurement of integrated multi-channel campaigns designed to drive awareness, consideration and demand for Project Kuiper.
2. Coordinate media across multiple European locales.
3. Collaborate with Marketing Intelligence teams to measure impact of media investment and regularly report on performance up to Director level, adjusting strategically and tactically as needed.
4. Collaborate across a dynamic ecosystem of stakeholders from multiple functions (business, finance, insights and measurement, creative, and other marketing teams) at a local, regional and global level.
5. Partner with our external media agency in support of fixed media planning and buying.
6. Manage budget with accountability for campaign return on investment (ROI).
7. Develop mechanisms for scalability across multiple marketplaces.
8. Ensure clear, consistent, and frequent communication with stakeholder teams to outline strategy, tactics, goals, and performance for campaigns.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
1. Experience in marketing or marketing research
2. Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements
3. Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data
4. Experience presenting metrics and progress to goal to senior leadership
5. Robust technical experience in planning, buying, implementing and measuring fixed media across multiple channels for a new B2C product or service.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
1. Media agency experience or in-house agency experience (planning, insights or commercials), ideally in telco.
