Cleaning Supervisor- Didcot
£14 per hour
The role is for 12.5 hours per week, 16:30 -19:00pm, Monday to Friday
The cleaning supervisor will work as part of a team and supervise a variety of regular and one-off cleaning tasks and duties as directed by their line manager.
The cleaning supervisor will be responsible for the collation of all time and attendance data for the team
Liaise direct with the operations manager to ensure stock levels are managed, maintained and ordered
Have knowledge of H&S and ensure safety is always the priority
Liaise direct with the onsite client
Liaise with management on any HR issue
To ensure all work is carried out in a safe, proper and thorough manner taking into account Health and safety legislation, policies and procedures, risk assessments and method statements
Maintain confidentiality in all aspects of client and staff information.
Be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness of your designated area and for maintaining high and consistent standards
Take initiative to perform cleaning and tidying tasks that are not specifically contained within the rota but require attention as part of maintaining overall high standards.
Liaise with operations manager, and other members of staff as required to ensure the cleaning rota operates smoothly around the organisation.
Ensure Health & Safety, quality and general procedure compliance
Work as part of a team and support other members of the cleaning team to meet standards and clients objectives
Report any Health and Safety issues to the Supervisor
Experience of undertaking a range of cleaning duties: Vacuuming, Dusting, Mopping, Scrubbing, Buffing, Disposing of waste, and Replenishing consumables
Be prepared to receive and undertake further training as required.
At all times to follow through any managerial instructions
