Working for this global company within their office in Hawarden, this is a great opportunity for an Administrator to join the team on a temporary basis. The Administrator will be reporting to the Aftersales Department providing quality administrative support.
You will be working Monday to Friday 37.5 hours a week between the hours of 8am and 5pm.
The Administrator’s responsibilities include:-
* Assisting with customer-related tasks, being the first point of contact for customers via emails and calls
* Providing general order updates to customers
* Creating internal documents and folder structures for the spares log
* Completing Export Trade Approval questionnaires as required
* Additionally, the role involves handling preliminary requirements for export trade approvals and other general administrative tasks
To apply for the role, you should have:-
* Previous administrative experience, ideally within a technical or engineering environment
* Strong computer skills in MS Word, Excel and Outlook, plus experience of CRM systems
* Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
* Good telephone manners and typing skills
* Problem-solving abilities and adaptability
* Strong customer service skills
