This role can be based in Berlin or Munich.
Key job responsibilities
1. Understanding how all elements of the Voice Experience ecosystem work together and developing QA approaches that fit the overall strategy.
2. Develop and execute manual & automated tests and test plans.
3. Efficiently execute test cases across all functional areas of our products.
4. Finding, isolating, documenting, regressing, and tracking bugs through resolution.
5. Interpret and report testing results, and be a vocal proponent for quality in every phase of the development process.
6. Work with Software Development Engineers to understand the overall technical architecture and how each feature is implemented.
7. Ensure the highest quality product delivery, working with a team of quality engineering professionals.
8. Evaluate product functionality and create test strategies and test cases to assess product quality.

About the team
As the QAE on the Amazon Music Voice Internationalization QA Team, you will be responsible for leading the effort to invent and improve the ways that customers can ask for what they want to hear in Amazon Music Unlimited, Prime Music or Ad-supported Free Tier in international markets. You will lead the efforts to ensure that the Quality of the Amazon Music Voice Experience is the best.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
1. Experience in quality assurance engineering.
2. Experience in automation testing.
3. Experience in manual testing.
4. Experience in UI and API automation testing (Selenium/SOAPUI).
5. Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
6. Proficient in both spoken and written German (Common European Framework of Reference C1).
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
1. Experience in API & Mobile testing.
2. Experience working with one or more of the following technologies: PHP, CSS, HTML, Java, JavaScript, Python, PERL.
3. Experience creating status reports based on automation results.
4. Experience working with scalable distributed systems and service-oriented architectures.
