Youth Engagement Officer
Contract: Full-Time, Immediate Start until July 2025
Location: Bolton, Lancashire
Working Hours: 8:30 am - 4:30 pm
Daily Rate: Competitive, commensurate with experience
About the Role:
We need a dedicated Youth Engagement Officer to join a purpose-built specialist provision in Bolton. This institution caters to young individuals requiring additional support due to Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. The role demands professionals who are calm, patient, resilient, and compassionate, capable of making significant positive impacts in this setting.
Responsibilities:

Provide tailored support to students with SEMH needs, fostering their academic and personal development.

Collaborate with teaching staff to maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Requirements:

Recent graduates with a minimum of a 2:2 degree classification or individuals with experience in SEMH mentorship.

Up-to-date safeguarding training (issued within the last year).

Possession of a valid UK driving licence and access to a personal vehicle, with willingness to obtain business insurance.
